Log_on Ballarat

Log_on was developed to provide ongoing opportunities for young people who had an interest in ICT. In providing regular and real life projects we feel young people get a better opportunity to develop real skills and gain confidence in their ability to make meaningful connection with business and the community.

Log_on is giving young people the opportunity to work alongside Industry Mentors to develop the skills required to build a professional quality website. Participants can build their skills, experience and industry connections.by working alongside not -for- proft groups, sharing their knowledge to assist them in building their own site, while they in turn build their portfolio.

These projects require people with a diverse range of skills and interests, including web design, graphics, writing, editing and communications.
