Welcome to Lead On Australia. On this site you can learn about what Lead On is, what Lead On does and how you can get involved.

The Lead On journey is over 7 years old and still growing and developing.

There is a Lead On operation in 19 communities across Australia which includes 14 “site based” operations -
where there is a Lead On office and manager - and 5 smaller outreach programs in other communities.

Almost 4000 young people have now actively participated in Lead On projects or activity and more than 800 businesses and organisations have provided projects so that young people can be better connected to and exposed to their community through these real-life projects. 100’s of older people have played roles as mentors (or ‘active advisors’ as we call them) and more communities and people are still keen to participate further in the Lead On journey.
